During a life appearance on the Australian morning talk show, Today Extra, Reid didn't appear to be at her best.

While she did look genuinely happy to talk about the film and her hopes of one day filming in Australia, most viewers couldn't pay attention to anything but her squinted face.

Press for the sixth and final Sharknado film is in full swing, but after weird interview, star Tara Reid will be sitting the rest of the tour out.

"This one, you guys, honestly is beyond ... it's my favorite one". "It's so ridiculous. It's so bad that it's good".

The actress reportedly also left NY, posting a video from the airport on Instagram in which she said that she was done with her press tour. Hosts David Campbell and Deborah Knight tried valiantly to keep it professional while Tara continued to try to steer the conversation towards her experiences in Australia.

After her interview, Reid was seen exiting her New York City hotel looking noticeably "out of it", according to onlookers.

"And where the netting was, it was unbelievable, there was so many stingrays and sharks". And then you see like, little kids playing on the beach, I'm like, 'Oh my god, do they have any idea what's on the other side of those nets.

"I've never seen anything like that in my life", Reid went on to say. "It was the Gold Coast", she added.
