After the tires blew off during takeoff, the pilot turned around to make an emergency landing, reports TMZ, which obtained air traffic control audio.

Post Malone performed with Aerosmith and 21 Savage at the MTV Video Music Awards in New York City Monday Night.

The Gulfstream IV, with 16 people aboard, took off for London's Luton Airport about 10:50 a.m. when the landing gear blew, the website reported.

Two of the aircraft's tires blew off, and the plane is now circling Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport in MA, preparing to make an emergency landing, ABC7 reported.

The jet was sent to Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport in Westfield, MA.

The aircraft was going to make an attempt to land back at the airport in New Jersey, and officials prepared for the landing by lining a runway with a fire truck and ambulances, according to FOX5.

Before the diversion, the pilot was trying to burn off fuel by circling above the New Jersey airport.

The Herald is heading to Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport and will update this post with the latest.
