"Telling me that he knew how hard getting sober is and how impressed he was that I was succeeding". I can't believe you aren't here anymore. You were my dearest friend.

"I hope you're okay now".

One week after his death on September 7, the Sweetener singer has penned a touching tribute to her ex-boyfriend, who was found dead at his Studio City, Calif. home after an apparent drug overdose.

Former Celebrity Big Brother star, Frankie Grande, has broken his silence on Mac Miller's death.

Taking to Instagram to remember Mac, he shared an old snap and wrote: "I am beyond heartbroken over Malcom's death".

The two were friends and collaborators for years - first working together on Grande's hit "The Way" - before officially becoming a couple in 2016.

Recording an episode of podcast The Shane Show, Powers said: "He had a lot of good stuff going on". They both start giggling as he says, "Baby, stop", and reaches for the camera, but she tells him, "Make me happy". There could not have been anybody more supportive of him being sober than Ariana. They performed together at Grande's One Love Manchester concert in May of past year - a benefit for people injured during the terrorist attack on her concert in the city - and were seen together in March at Madonna's Oscar afterparty. We're so glad the singer has Pete Davidson by her side to help support her through this.

"She was deeply helpful and effective in keeping Mac sober and helping him get sober and she was all about him being healthy, period, in this area of his life".
