Google's first teaser for the much-anticipated Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL couldn't be subtler, yet convey the message loud and clear.

Google is hosting an event on October 9th in New York City, and both the teasers for the event and the timing of it suggest that new Pixel phones are coming. This one shows what we assume is the back of the Pixel 3, complete with the Google "G" at the bottom center of the device. Plus, when you click the "Sign Up" button, Google tells you "Subscribed!" And if you've been following that "Pixel Ultra" conspiracy theory as well, then you might be secretly hoping that "3" means Google will unveil three new Pixels next month.

The website also color blocks the top portion of the phone to represent the two-tone look we've gotten used to in the Pixel line.

The first two colors are pretty standard, being white/gray and black/dark gray, though it's worth pointing out that the white/gray color scheme features a green accent around the inner border of the device.

The phone parade continues, as Google appears to be getting ready to announce the Pixel 3 and 3 XL.

Which color you want?
