Fans of Sir Patrick Stewart are looking forward to his new series, which will be set after Star Trek: Nemesis.

The photo doesn't give away any spoilers.

However, one of the table occupants in Patrick Stewart's tweeted photo, Michael Chabon, recently teased that the setting of the series will be the year 2399 (using an image of Martin Landau and Barbara Bain from 1975-1977's Space: 1999 in a tongue-in-cheek way).

Last week, Chabon posted a photo of The Klingon Dictionary and the Star Trek Spaceflight Chronology to Instagram, writing, "NOTE: as with previous posts, contents of this photo do not indicate, suggest, or in any way hint at plot, setting, timeline, or featured characters of #untitledpicardproject. They do, however, suggest a man in the grip of a profound, joyful and helpless re-obsession with the #sacredmaterials". The show has been described as telling "the story of the next chapter of Picard's life" - aka post-the events of The Next Generation and (maybe?) its movies; CBS All Access has not yet announced other casting information or a release date.

Plot details are scarce for the Picard series- no doubt, since it's still in early stages- but given that this will further expand upon the character of Picard, given what he's been through in both Star Trek: The Next Generation and the Next Generation films themselves, what direction would you like to see this new series take Picard?
