According to the Daily Mail, the Queen's granddaughter is ensuring her wedding, which will take place on October 12, is far more spectacular than Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's May nuptials by inviting hundreds of more guests to her big day.

The royal has reportedly invited more guests than St George's Chapel will hold.

We already knew the princess and her fiancé, former nightclub manager and current Casamigos brand ambassador Jack Brooksbank, were tying the knot at St. George's Chapel, the same locale where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle got married in May, and that her father, Prince Andrew, is throwing a regal bash at Royal Lodge, his 30-room Windsor mansion (in a similar move, Prince Charles hosted an exclusive fete at Frogmore House for his youngest son). The only problem is the church holds a maximum of 800 guests, meaning about 50 royal wedding watchers will be left out in the cold.

Armstrong-Jones, who famously planned the opulent July 1999 wedding of David and Victoria Beckham, has allegedly been busy organising a star-studded celebration for Saturday October 13, the day after the royal pair say "I do".

The wedding will last two days, which is a stark difference from Harry and Meghan's wedding. After their wedding, Eugenie and Jack will also embark on a short carriage ride through a sea of well-wishers.

An evening reception will then take place at the family home, Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park. The 97-year-old is not only recovering from hip surgery but apparently can't stand Eugenie's mother, Fergie.

'He absolutely adores Eugenie. "Philip and Sarah will be in relatively close proximity to each other and Sarah's very nervous about it. People have been giving her some friendly advice".

In addition to the wedding the reception, the couple are also planning a second event on the day following the ceremony-and look to be taking a page out of Italian influencer, Chiara Ferragni's, book of over-the-top festivities. Though that is still a lot cheaper than Harry and Meghan's, which was said to have had an $A45 million price tag. It better be tasty.

"It is Eugenie and Jack's party and they are very much involved in all the details and decisions", the insider said.
