It looks like 50 Cent is staying aboard the Starz network train - Variety reported on Thursday that the hip-hop mogul inked a deal reportedly worth up to $150 million with the premium TV network. A discretionary fund will also be allotted to aide in developing projects for G-Unit Television & Film.

Since 2014, 50 has served as executive producer on hit Starz crime series Power. A rep for Starz was not immediately available for comment.

Jackson and G-Unit already have two new projects in active development at Starz - "Black Mafia Family" and "Vanguard". It also gives Jackson input into the merchandising and licensing of brands and content developed by G-Unit.

This new deal includes a three-series commitment and extends for four years.

"When I sat down with Chris [Albrecht, Starz CEO] and walked him through my plans for G-Unit Film & Television going forward, he let me know I was essentially requesting the biggest deal in premium cable history", Jackson said.

With this arrangement, Fif will continue the development of his G-Unit Film and Television, Inc.by curating scripted and unscripted content for the network.

"Both on screen and off, Curtis Jackson has proven that he can deliver content that our viewers want to watch". The deal represents a significant increase to Starz's investment in Jackson, executive producer of drama series "Power". Power, which is gearing up for its sixth season, has proved to be a huge hit, averaging 7.3 million viewers per episode throughout its five-season run so far. "We're pleased to expand our relationship and consider this the beginning of many new and exciting ventures to come". Black Family Mafia is inspired by the story of Demetrius "Big Meech" Flenory and the intersection of the drug industry and the music industry. Randy Huggins is attached to executive produce. Then there's Vanguard, which follows ex-Navy SEAL Blake Megaton, who returns home to Long Beach and must face his gangster past in order to protect his family's illegal trucking business.

Power is now in production on its sixth season.

G-Unit Film & Television was founded by Jackson in 2005.
