Brad Pitt decided he won't date anyone until he and Angelina Jolie are done with their divorce and custody battle.

Brad Pitt has had enough of the custody drama going on between him and ex-wife Angelina Jolie.

The source said that Pitt has been trying to work out a settlement in which the two parents split custody 50/50 - but that Jolie has been unwavering in her fight for sole custody.

Evaluations for the children have already begun, and the judge will rely heavily on their findings in his ruling over custody.

Jolie and Pitt have been locked in divorce negotiations for years, arguing over financial details. She fired back with accusations he wasn't paying "meaningful" child support for the previous year and a half.

In addition to custody, the private judge needs to handle the property settlement. Pitt's team retaliated, providing court documents receipts for a $8 million loan he gave Jolie for her current home as well as $1.3 million in bills.

Jolie meanwhile was warned by a judge that if she didn't allow her children to foster a relationship with their father she could potentially lose custody.

The pair have six children together, ranging from ages 10 to 17.

At the judge's discretion, the "Moneyball" actor and the "Unbroken" director may be able to appear at the trial - which will take place at an as-yet-undecided location - via a telephone link.

The former couple began custody evaluations last month, and in August, they reached an "interim" arrangement over the care of their kids, just weeks after the "Salt" actress accused Brad of not paying any "meaningful" child support since she filed for divorce.
