Ruth Bader Ginsburg Fractures Three Ribs in Fall, Hospitalized

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is hospitalized after taking a nasty fall that fractured 3 ribs, and the fall comes immediately on the heels of President Trump easing his path to confirming more Supreme Court Justices.

The court, in a statement, said Ginsburg experienced discomfort overnight and went to the hospital this morning, where she was admitted for observation and treatment.

Since Supreme Court appointments are for life, it is Ginsburg's right to remain in office as long as she can fulfill her duties.

Ginsburg has grit and determination, and I only wish she applied that to upholding the plain text and original meaning of the Constitution, rather than toward twisting it to fit liberal Progressive pipe dreams.

The justice married Marty Ginsburg in 1954 and the couple attended Harvard Law School together.

That said, it would probably be healthy for her to resign. She was the second woman to ever be confirmed to the Supreme Court, after retired Justice Sandra Day O'Connor.
