However, Russo added that they still have a long way to go on finishing up the movie. Numerous reports have pointed to November being the month that Marvel finally gives us what we've been asking for for far too long now, but co-director Joe Russo has just struck fear into the hearts of millions of fans thanks to a Q&A he held earlier today. During an Instagram chat with fans co-director Joe Russo, who was promoting his new bar Duello in LA, said, "The running time on Avengers 4 is now sitting right at three hours".

He told fans: 'We're about halfway through the editing process. There are more than 3,000 VFX shots in the movie; those require a lot of time and thought and energy and effort, and we're very early in the phase of getting VFX done. "We've just started work with Alan Silvestri on the score, and we're still editing picture at this point". To which he said, Absolutely.

One of the Russo brothers spilled a major fact about the much-awaited sequel to "Avengers: Infinity War": it may be three hours long. "We like it to play at a certain pace".

The studios have still not revealed the title, any poster or even production stills from Avengers 4. When he was asked about the trailer in particular, Joe said that we "may or may not see it" this year. Looks like we do have a long wait ahead of us.

Avengers 4 has already taken over a good portion of our lives and, if the Avengers 4 runtime holds at its current level, it could very well take up over a third of our day.

Infinity War has made more than $2 billion worldwide, making it the highest-grossing Marvel movie ever, and only the fourth film in history to cross the coveted $2 billion mark.
