The Rams' fears have been confirmed.

"I don't think it's good", Rams coach Sean McVay said after the game, per ESPN.

McVay said he hoped Kupp would undergo surgery this week to fix the ligament.

Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp survived his first scary left knee injury on October 14.

The wide receiver went down on the field in pain after running a route that didn't appear to involve any contact. Kupp missed two games in October with an injury to his left knee, which he was holding after going down.

The team listed it as a knee injury and he didn't return.

Kupp is the Rams' third-leading receiver with 40 catches for 566 yards, topping the team with six touchdown catches.

The Rams, 9-1, rank second in the National Football League in total offense, generating 448 yards per game, trailing only the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who rack up 452.8 yards on average.
