Clarence House has included a nod to the late Princess Diana in a photo montage created to mark Prince Charles' 70th birthday.

The pic, and several others like it, are the spitting image of Prince Harry's current full-bearded look.

Prince Charles poses with Prince Harry, left, and Prince William in this archive photo shared in collaboration with Google Arts and Culture.

"Absolutely wonderful natural family picture, it has captured them all at their best!" The Prince of Wales walked into Spencer House in London with his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall carrying a glittering bag and 70th birthday balloon.

In the photos released, Prince Charles was spotted with his wife, Camilla, his two sons and his three grandchildren.

The BBC documentary gives an unprecedented look at Prince Charles ahead of his 70th birthday next week.

One photo shows the whole family laughing at something in the distance, with Meghan Markle bent over and Prince George giggling with his mouth open.

This is the first time we've seen the family all together since Prince Louis' christening in July.

"It was particularly special to capture such an informal and relaxed family portrait over a fun afternoon in the gardens of Clarence House", Getty photographer Chris Jackson said of the shots.

The Prince of Wales and Queen Elizabeth's eldest son, Charles was born at Buckingham Palace on November 14, 1948, four years before his now 92-year-old mother ascended to the throne following the death of her father George VI.

Britain's Prince Charles is turning 70 with a family birthday party - and a firm commitment to his environmentalist views.

"He will get down on his knees and crawl about with them for hours, you know making amusing noises and laughing and my grandchildren adore him, absolutely adore him", she said. He was feted with a Garden Party shortly after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal wedding and a gala concert at Buckingham Palace celebrating his patronage of the arts.
