Police in California are seeking the public's assistance to find a woman accused of attacking a McDonald's employee in Santa Ana, Calif., Oct. 27, 2018, at about 11 p.m.

The suspect allegedly entered the establishment through the employees entrance and asked for ketchup.

The video shows a second employee trying to pull the suspect off the manager before she stops to give what appears to be a receipt to a customer at the drive-thru window.

When told by the manager she couldn't be in the building, the woman "became combative" and began pushing, punching and choking the employee, police said. She was seen wearing a light pink short-sleeved T-shirt and gray trousers at the time.

Unsatisfied, the unidentified woman later hopped out of her vehicle and proceeded to enter the fast food restaurant via an employee back door.

Police are searching for the man as well, hoping to speak with him about the incident. Anthony Bertagna, of the Santa Anna PD, told Los Angeles news station KABC.

Police described the suspect as a 20-25 year old female with brown hair in a pink shirt and gray sweatpants.

"We're actually grateful for the service he provided, he stopped the assault".

"There's no reason to physically assault someone because you didn't get enough ketchup". Now they are looking for the suspect in the assault and have released surveillance camera footage of the incident in Santa Ana.

He added: "She's the one that committed the crime".
