That beta has apparently expanded to U.S. unlocked Note 9 devices. Yay. The only catch is that the program is only available for those living in Germany and India for now. That's it. However, beware that it is not guaranteed that you will receive the beta update as spots are limited. Samsung has opened up registrations for the users via Samsung Members app, where you can head into Notices section to register into the One UI Beta Program on your Note 9 device. This allows users to reach those parts of the UI very easily which were earlier on the topmost edge of the screen hence making it more easy for one-handed use.

That's all there is to it! However, it's trying to turn things around with One UI. The first UI from the company was called TouchWiz, which was then changed to Experience UI and now we are getting the One UI. It's a design language that puts the focus on whatever it is you're now doing with your phone, rather than bombarding you with a bunch of options that you may or may not need or want. If you want to pay full price up front for the handset of your choice or activate it on T-Mobile, you won't be able to take advantage of the sale. You will get it soon.

You can see more about One UI in the video embedded above, starting at around the 1:04:27 mark.
