It appears that National Football League games are some of the most risky places to be these days.

The yet-unidentified Steelers fan who put his hand on the throat of a pregnant Chargers fan may have seen his last National Football League game in Pittsburgh.

According to KDKA, two men were fighting in the stands when the woman, wearing a blue Chargers jersey, attempted to break it up. One of the men, wearing a Steelers jersey, then grabbed the woman around her neck. "I plan on calling police officials today about filing criminal charges". "After the assault ... no security or presence of law enforcement was visible in the actual section and the only way we felt [we could] safely exit the stadium was with a large group of Charger fans".

In a statement, the Steelers said: "We strive to make events at Heinz Field safe for our guests". Heinz Field management says the Chargers fans involved in the incident have been identified and they are working with local authorities to identify the Steelers fan and pursue potential discipline. "This type of behavior seen in the photo is unacceptable and something we do not condone on our property".

The Pittsburgh Police Department confirmed that they are investigating the confrontation.

Pittsburgh ranked fifth with almost 17 arrests per game, behind Oakland, both NY teams, and the former home of the Chargers, San Diego.
