Chelsea Coach Hits Out At Unprofessional Bayern

I don't know what to say, I do not know the situation.

Chelsea, however, have not given up hope of changing Hudson-Odoi's mind, and Sarri - who picked the 18-year-old to start against Tottenham in the Carabao Cup semifinal first leg at Wembley on Tuesday - hit out at Bayern.

Sancho believes Hudson-Odoi can be "the next one" off England's current production line of talent, and revealed he has had talks with the Chelsea 18-year-old about life in Germany, amid a £35m bid from Bayern Munich.

"I think that is not professional because they are talking about a player under contract with Chelsea", Sarri said. Anything else, we will see.

Sarri said he was not aware of any approach to Willian, but added: "Of course [I don't want to lose him] because he is really very important. They didn't respect our club".

"You have to to prove it, game after game, season after season and don't be happy". He's got unbelievable qualities.

"Secondly, for Hudson-Odoi wearing the No. 10 jersey, which can be more important, what's sometimes missing is that you have to stay there".

Ruben Loftus-Cheek (back) is out and Morata (hamstring) is doubtful when the Blues face Newcastle, with Sarri hinting Hudson-Odoi and Andreas Christensen would drop to the substitutes' bench. He's good at dribbling and has pace.

I think as football fans we must also change our narrative because we obsess about giving young players an opportunity but then when they get one, because we want instant success as well, the first thing we did is question if they're good enough! In my opinion, he's a player we would definitely like to have.

Willian is 2/1 with Ladbrokes to make the move to Barcelona.

Hudson-Odoi remains odds-on to make the move to Bayern with Betway listing him at 4/11 to seal the deal.

However, Hudson-Odoi is far from a regular starter for the London club, playing just eight games this season.

"The Chelsea academy graduate is now just 4/5 to join the German champions during this transfer window, with a stay at Stamford Bridge priced at even-money".
