Ashley Young starts on the right side of the back four and will lead Manchester United out at Wembley on Sunday against Tottenham.

The striker latched onto a delightful pass from Paul Pogba, raced away from Jan Vertonghen and finished inside the far post past Hugo Lloris. Victory over Manchester United will mark the first time since 1960 Tottenham has beaten the Red Devils in league play.

And Redknapp thinks the Belgian will struggle for regular playing time if Rashford's hot streak continues. He looked better for England than he did for United.

Jesse Lingard had a key role, delayed to stop Harry Winks receiving the ball from the home team's defenders and form part of a three-man forward line, with Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial, that offered blistering pace and nonstop movement on the counterattack.

"All of a sudden, Romelu Lukaku must be wondering how on earth he gets back into this team". He no longer hesitates when put through on goal.

"It's a pleasure to see him again", said Pogba.

So while Solskjaer's tactical plan was the foundation for victory, which moves United to within six points of fourth-placed Chelsea, the 45-year-old's personality has been just as important in turning the team around. "It was really hard with the system and tactics we used to play", Pogba told Sky Sports.

"The other teams we have played have played pretty much the same system so today it was a different game and we played differently and the tactics changed".

But, Southgate could now have his head turned by the prospect of managing one of the biggest club teams on the planet, in a shock switch that would deflate a nation, given the huge impact he's had at the helm of England. "That's where we improve, progress and get more experience".
