According to Sanders, Brown was "100 percent wrong" in not playing, but said Roethlisberger was wrong for publicly calling Brown out during a radio appearance.

In talking about the drama, current Denver Broncos wide receiver and former Pittsburgh Steelers teammate Emmanuel Sanders seems to blame both guys for what we're seeing.

Here, Sanders criticizes Brown for going AWOL ahead of an important Week 17 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.

"This is the leader of the team and you're going to throw somebody under the bus when you could've handled that interview totally different", Sanders said on the NFL Network.

You know things are bad when even Snoop Dogg feels the need to get involved. You literally took pressure off of you and put that whole situation on Antonio Brown. It's insane, because I don't like to see, but I feel like Antonio brought it on himself.

La Canfora writes, "With owner Art Rooney II declaring he was prepared to move disgruntled receiver Antonio Brown, the Steelers front office is beginning initial preparation into a potential blockbuster trade, sources said, one that team officials anticipate includes a first-round pick". "And so for you to leave on a Wednesday and then have your agent call on a Sunday is the ultimate disrespect to the Pittsburgh Steelers organization".
