The Samsung Galaxy M series is coming to Malaysia!

The two M-Series handsets went on sale earlier this week and were well received by consumers and reviewers alike.

Based on our past experiences, it usually didn't take long - within a month - for Samsung to bring its flagship devices into our market. We also sort of know the complete specifications of the handset. In fact, The device has an exact same display design with an infinity-V notch.

This week's episode of the "Chronicles of people's smartphone interests" series or as we call it - the Top 10 trending phones chart, features a new king.

Leaks suggest that the Samsung Galaxy M30 will feature a 6.38-inch Super AMOLED display with 2220 x 1080p resolution, protected by 2.5D curved tempered glass. It may, however, pick up as much as 6GB RAM where the M20 maxes out a 4GB. The Samsung Galaxy M30 has a triple camera setup with a 13 MP + 5 MP + 5 MP, whereas the Samsung Galaxy M20 has a dual camera setup with a 13 MP + 5 MP cameras. The front-facing camera is expected to be a 16MP monster.

The only visible difference between the Galaxy M20 and the Galaxy M30 is the rear-facing fingerprint sensor. Unfortunately, the device does not support 802.11ac 5GHz WiFi.

In virtually all other respects with will be quite similar to the M20, including the utilization of an Exynos 7094 octa-core processor, extra-large 5,000mAh battery, USB-C port, and support for 4G VoLTE. The M30 is likely to be officially launched before the end of the first quarter of 2019.
