Allegiant announces nonstop service from Cleveland to Nashville

Allegiant began offering flights out of Cedar Rapids back in 2004.

The new service from Huntington Tri-State Airport to Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport beginning June 6. It places travelers between Pensacola and Panama City Beach.

Allegiant is offering fares on the new route for as low as $49 each way. Flights can only be booked through Allegiant's website, allegiantair.com.

Starting in May, Lehigh Valley International Airport will offer direct flights on Allegiant Airlines to and from Nashville, airport officials announced Tuesday. "We're sure folks in Albany and Providence will enjoy the historic charm of Savannah, the sunny shores of Hilton Head and our convenient, nonstop service".

Destin-Fort Walton Beach is the third route to Florida added by Allegiant, including Daytona Beach and Orlando. The new Nashville route is an addition to direct flights the airline now offers; direct service is also available to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orlando Sanford, Phoenix-Mesa, Punta Gorda/Ft. "Our passengers love going to Florida, they want affordable vacations, and they want to fly nonstop".
