The Toronto Raptors earned another impressive win, beating the Brooklyn Nets 127-125 behind Kawhi Leonard's game-winner.

The 30-year-old Lin is averaging 10.7 points per game on 46.6 per cent shooting from the field this season. Gasol, who spent his first 10 1/2 seasons of his National Basketball Association career with the Memphis Grizzlies before being traded to Toronto last week, learned that lesson before the Raptors played the Nets.

Russell hit a tiebreaking triple with 50 seconds to go, but Danny Green answered with a three for the Raptors.

Toronto Raptors guard Fred VanVleet will miss at least three weeks with a left thumb injury, the team says.

He suffered the injury in the second quarter of Saturday's win in NY.

The Hawks announced Monday they have waived veteran guard Jeremy Lin. Lin will sign with Toronto later this week, said Jim Tanner, one of his agents.

After Brooklyn pulled to within two, Toronto again opened a seven-point lead on Gasol's 20-footer with 6:49 left. The five three-pointers are the most Harris has ever made in a single quarter, and matched his season-high for an entire game.

Harris scored 15 points to lead Brooklyn to a 29-21 lead after the first quarter.

OG Anunoby's steal and layup in the final second of the third quarter tied the game at 92. Musician Sting attended the game.
