The Hallmark Channel has announced it's no longer working with Lori Loughlin in light of her arrest in the sprawling US college admissions cheating case.

The development of all productions with the actress for Crown Media Channels, including Hallmark Channel, have been halted reported The Hollywood Reporter.

"We are saddened by the recent news surrounding the college admissions allegations", the statement read. "We are no longer working with Lori Loughlin and have stopped development of all productions that air on the Crown Media Family Network channels involving Lori Loughlin including Garage Sale Mysteries, an independent third party production".

One day before Crown Media Family's decision, a USA federal court judge granted Loughlin permission to return to British Columbia to continue working on her Hallmark projects. When Calls the Heart is now airing its sixth season.

Mossimo Giannulli and Loughlin were recorded on calls with a cooperating witness stating that if they were ever caught they would say they made a donation to the foundation, the indictment stated.

Hallmark Channel released a public statement announcing their separation with Loughlin. Loughlin also stars in Hallmark's ongoing "Garage Sale Mysteries" movies and the series "When Calls the Heart".

Loughlin, who was on the cast of the hit 90s sitcom "Full House", is accused of spending $500,000 in bribes to help her two daughters gain admission into USC. Giannulli and Loughlin were taken into custody and later released on Wednesday, each posting a $1 million bond.
