The team has been aggressive this offseason building a squad capable of competing for a postseason spot under new head coach Freddie Kitchens, with the latest example of this coming earlier in the week, when the front office got Baker Mayfield a No. 1 target in Odell Beckham Jr.

Robert Stewart, a 17-year-old from the Cleveland suburb of Shaker Heights, celebrated the news of the deal so exuberantly on Tuesday night that one of his neighbors called the police. Perhaps that's why one Clevelander had no idea what to do when she saw a neighbor sprinting up and down the street, screaming and flailing their arms around aimlessly. "I don't want to get my kids out of the vehicle, because I don't know what is going on". He was just really excited about the trade.

Officers eventually responded to see Stewart still celebrating, and he told the officers about the trade.

According to Stewart's account, the cops were also glad to hear that the Browns had acquired a star receiver.

As football fans are well aware, the Browns have struggled a bit over the past couple of decades.

You can't blame Stewart for getting so worked up about the deal. He was just a baby the last time the Browns made the playoffs, meaning he has literally no memory of his team ever doing anything worth celebrating.
