The tweet revealing the poster also confirmed some timers, stating that The Killers will perform Friday while Robert Smith's The Cure will close the Pyramid Stage on the Sunday.

The Cure haven't performed at Glastonbury since 1995 and their booking means they'll equal a record now held by Coldplay, becoming the only band to have headlined the even four times.

Announcing their headline slot, The Killers said: "Well folks, there ya have it". Their performance will be their first at the festival since since 1995, and also brings them on par with Coldplay as the only two bands to have headlined the festival four times.

Stormzy will perform Friday night, The Killers will take Saturday, and The Cure's locked in for Sunday.

Liam's brother and former Oasis bandmate Noel Gallagher was rumoured to be joining the bill, and Liam claimed he was "begging" for the gig, but the singer has not been announced for the festival as of yet.

'We're a little way off being 50/50 across the whole festival, but in 2017 the Park Stage was 50/50 and that will be the case on other stages this year. The festival plans to announce more artists ahead of its kick off the last week of June.
