There's less than two weeks until the Philadelphia Phillies welcome the Atlanta Braves to Citizens Bank Park for Opening Day.

- Philadelphia Phillies newest slugger, Bryce Harper, exited Friday's spring training game against the Toronto Blue Jays after he was hit in the right foot by a 96 miles per hour fastball in the 6th inning.

Harper needed to be helped off of the field, but walked gingerly back to the clubhouse.

When Harper dropped to the ground, team manager Gabe Kapler and a team trainer tended to Harper on the field, Philly.com reported.

Harper finished the 2018 season with a slash line of.249/.393/.496 and has a career slash line of.279/.388/.512. Harper was forced to leave the game.

Harper had hoped to play three straight games starting Friday. "But again, not overly concerned right now".

The six-time All-Star, who the Phillies signed to a 13-year/$330 million contract earlier this month, will have an X-Ray on his ankle.
