April the Giraffe has once again given birth in front of an enthralled YouTube audience.

The park, where April has lived since 2015, began its "Giraffe Watch 2019' on the last day of February".

In addition to Tajiri and her youngest offspring, April is also mom to three others, which were born behind the lens.

Animal Adventure said that the newborn will be named through an online voting contest, just like brother Tajiri was, according to USA Today.

The camera-ready giraffe became a viral sensation in 2017 when the zoo livestreamed her pregnancy, labor and birth.

On Monday April appeared to be having contractions and "pushing", according to the Animal Adventure Park on their Facebook page. More than a million people watched the live feed as she gave birth in, appropriately enough, April of that year.

The 17-year-old giraffe has been pregnant for some 15 months, and her partner Oliver has been nervously pacing around their shared enclosure.

Now, there are already 264,980 people watching the live stream, and posting about the incoming baby.

The update read: "1:00 am eastern (5am GMT) April began to spend much more time cleaning and stimulating her back end".

"I don't know why I'm crying happy tears", said Jennifer Hodell in the YouTube comments section.

On Thursday the animal park tweeted she had "profoundly advanced" in the birthing process.

The first live stream of its kind garnered some 1.2 million viewers and propelled April into popularity.

On March 8, park owner Jordan Patch Park said April's delivery was "imminent".

April the giraffe's live stream has now ended.
