Rodgers has been a fan of "Game of Thrones" from the beginning.

In one of them, as King's Landing faces the wrath of Daenarys and Drogon, Rodgers appears to be running away from the dragon's fire breath until he gets burned alive. The professional footballer teased a potential appearance for some time.

He also shared a photo in full costume on social media, giving fans another opportunity to locate him throughout the episode.

And it seems the Packers were signaling Rodgers' cameo Sunday night just ahead of the show by sharing this tweet, which Rodgers retweeted. It's been a highly-anticipated season and last night, the second to last episode was aired. Showrunners D.B. Weiss and David Benioff appeared in Episode 4 during the dinner scene.

Other cameos of the years included Chris Stapleton, Ed Sheeran, Sigur Rós and pitcher Noah Syndergaard. His fandom has even translated to the football field, shooting a Jon Snow-style promo for the Lambeau Field Atrium to greet fans and was even shared on the "Game of Thrones" Twitter account.

The final season of the HBO hit series will come to its end next Sunday, May 19, as the battle for the Iron Throne reaches its finale.
