Vivo X15 to launch soon, renders reveals dual-camera setup

Earlier (June 11, 2018) - Vivo has been teasing about the new Z-series smartphone launch in India. The Vivo Z1 pro will be the company's first product in the Z-series and the smartphone maker has said that it will be their first online-focused smartphone targeted at millennials.

A blog called Android Updated has published the alleged renders of the Vivo X15 and the smartphone seems to be a budget device. Vivo now officially confirms the Vivo Z1 Pro to sport triple camera setup on the rear and an in-display selfie camera on the front. The smartphone will ditch the 3.5mm headphone jack and will have a USB Type-C charging port along with and a speaker grille at the base. The back panel looks to made of polycarbonate material with a gradient finish. This is the first time we are hearing about the Vivo X15. However, the leaked teaser videos revealed the Vivo Z1 Pro to look exactly the same as China's Vivo Z5x. Dubbed the VIVO X15, sources suggest the device could be arriving soon, perhaps as the most affordable offering in the VIVO X-series. In China, the phone comes with four memory variants - 4GB+64GB, 6GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB. If these renders are any indication, Vivo X15 will come with a pretty big chin, dual rear cameras, a rear fingerprint sensor, and two microphones. The setup is likely to have a 16-megapixel primary shooter with f/1.78 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, and 2-megapixel depth camera with f/2.4 aperture, just like Vivo Z5x. The smartphone runs on Android Pie and gets its juices from 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charger support. On the connectivity front, dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, micro USB and dual-SIM support.
