Apple could release more new MacBooks this year

This week the folks at the Eurasian Economic Commission database posted several new Mac models previously undisclosed to the public. In the mix were all of the following: A2141, A2147, A2158, A2159, A2179, A2182, and A2251. These models, first spotted by MacRumors, are all described as "portable" computers, making it increasingly likely that each belongs to a new MacBook that could arrive in the next couple of months.

Apple just recently released a refreshed Mac Pro and an 8-core MacBook Pro (2019), beefing up its lineup of computers, but this report suggests even more new models are in the works.

Apple could also refresh its MacBook Air models, which were last updated in October of previous year with a new Renita Display, as well as Touch ID and an all-new design, so perhaps a refresh is on its way to improve performance and introduce Apple's new butterfly keyboard?

The other possibility is that Apple could launch the much anticipated 16-inch MacBook Pro.

We could also see a new MacBook Air, or two (perhaps returning to the 11 and 13-inch configurations), though the Air did get an update in 2018 which could make this little more than a spec bump - if it happens at all.
