But not it seems for the most powerful man in the world, US President Donald Trump.

President Trump's executive order aims to reform the nation's organ transplant and kidney dialysis systems and includes proposals to improve the performance of organ procurement organizations, incentivize living kidney and liver donation, ensure patients with kidney disease receive the best dialysis care available at an affordable cost, and increase the number of available organs for transplantation.

Trump was seen addressing a medical community on Wednesday (July 10) where he claimed that "kidney has a very special place in the heart".

The freakish declaration raised a lot of eyebrows on social media, where it did not take long for the statement to go viral. Following the statement, Trump was trolled on social media. "People that have to go through this... people have loved ones that are working so hard to stay alive, they have to work so hard", professed President Trump in his speech on Wednesday.

This sole statement raised people's eyebrows online as kidneys are usually not located in the heart, and people were quick enough to troll the U.S. president.

The tweet read: "For all of the money we are spending, NASA should NOT be talking about going to the Moon - We did that 50 years ago".

"You've worked so hard on the kidney", Trump said.

"It's really fantastic, and it's truly an exciting day for advancing kidney health in our country". "It is an incredible thing", which is most certainly not where it's located.

"Whilst a third said: "@realDonaldTrump you have no idea what a kidney is or does, do you?" While another wrote: "At first I thought this might just be clumsy phrasing, but the way he slows down and emphasizes "in the heart" makes me think, no, he believes the kidney is literally in the heart".
