Epic Games is going to release a new Fortnite content update today.

Having the Zapper Trap in the game would spice up the gameplay, as most of the players needed item diversification to break the monotony. Not listening to the community is bad, and as such, adverse consequences may occur.

Interestingly, the initial leak suggests that, unlike other traps, the Zapper can be deployed on enemy buildings as well as your own, though like everything else, this remains unconfirmed.

Found from Floor Loot, Chests, Vending Machines, Supply Drops, and Llamas.

The v10.20 content update also bring with it the Zapper Trap, which looks much different to what most expected.

The Floating Island is back, and it brought the Motel with it. There's a bunch of new stuff for Battle Royale, Save the World, and Creative.

Fortnite fans only have to cast their minds back to the initial v10.10 patch, which went live on August 20, where Glitched Consumables were added and partially disabled all in the same day.

Fortnite's Borderlands 3 crossover is still underway. The event runs until September 10, so you have until then to complete the game's limited-time Borderlands challenges, which include searching for Vault Symbols and finding Claptrap's missing eye. In Season 10, we have seen changes to many popular Fortnite locations, including Tilted Towers and Megamall. It is unclear whether this new item will only trap players or will also deal damage to them.

After the traps have fired, they have a cooldown of 2 seconds before they can be triggered again.

Drops in stacks of 2.
