Control, Remedy Games supernatural RPG that impressed critics and destroyed offices is about to get a bunch of updates, including two new expansions in 2020.

The image also gives a rundown of all the other post-release content we can expect for Control.

The free updates include the much requested Photo Mode, so you can grab some high quality screenshots of the weird environments in Control, and the Expeditions mode. They'll bring new story missions, enemies and additional game mechanics and will take you to new parts of the Oldest House you haven't seen before.

Now, we won't spoil anything in the base game, but from the looks of that last expansion we're getting serious Alan Wake vibes, another of Remedy's games. Expeditions will also be free to all players.

Control is available now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

In 2020, two full, paid Expansions will be released. Some content, such as the new game mode, will be free. As evidenced from the content roadmap above, the top half of the artwork for AWE is a faithful recreation of the iconic flashlight key art for Alan Wake, a cult-classic horror adventure which many speculate takes place in the same universe as Control. While The Foundation DLC will release first on PS4, the AWE expansion will launch on all platforms at the same time.

For The Foundation expansion, launching in early 2020, the Oldest House's history will receive further exploration.

One of the coolest games I've played in recent years, Remedy's Control lends itself to a world where anything is possible. Photo Mode is in the pipeline too, so players can get snap happy and show off the eerie quiet or utter destruction present in the Oldest House. The second expansion is called AWE, and will deal with investigating Altered World Events. Have you been playing Control? You can also see Alan Wake in the W of the expansion.

Control was released for the PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One in August, and is Remedy's first title since the Xbox One-exclusive Quantum Break.
