Pittsburgh DA says his office is not investigating Antonio Brown

Brown denied the allegations and called the claims a "money grab" via a statement released by lawyer Darren Heitner.

On May 20, 2018, the lawsuit claims Brown "forced her down onto a bed, pushed her face into the mattress, and forcibly raped her". It's a good bet any Patriots players that witnessed the Miami Miracle past year will be itching to get another crack at the Dolphins, even if it's a totally different team. He was definitely spotted at New England's first practice of the week on Wednesday, however, wearing a temporary No. 1 jersey during warm-ups and team stretching.

The lawsuit against Brown states that what happened inside the Pittsburgh area home made Taylor "extremely uncomfortable", and that she had "no interest in a sexual relationship with Brown". The implication is that if Taylor planned to go public with her accusations against a star National Football League player anyway, why wouldn't she then go to the authorities at that point, unless she didn't want the claims to be properly investigated?

The woman's filing alleges that she took and passed a lie detector test about the allegations.

"New England found out about it (Tuesday night)".

"The Special Victims Bureau does not have any records of a sexual assault reported by the alleged victim, nor any reports where Antonio Brown is subject", a spokesperson from the Miami-Dade police told the paper. The suit contends those incidents took place in Florida.

Brown was back to rocking a Schutt helmet ... at least for practice.

While Brown has denied the allegations and plans to countersue for civil extortion, it's yet another blemish on Brown as he attempts to revive his career with the Patriots.

Other players, such as Adrian Peterson in 2014, were placed on the exempt list after the league learned they were facing criminal charges.

"As a rape victim of Antonio Brown, deciding to speak out has been an incredibly hard decision", Taylor said.

Brown was able to practice Wednesday with the Patriots, business as usual.

Brown was originally traded from Pittsburgh to Oakland in the offseason.

The sources also declined to speculate on knowledge the Raiders or Steelers might have had before letting Brown go.
