Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are quite literally the cutest couple of Bollywood.

In the same function, a new pavilion stand at Delhi's historic stadium was named after Team India skipper Virat Kohli. The actress was last seen in Shah Rukh Khan starrer "Zero" previous year and since then hasn't signed any new projects for a while now. However, Anushka knows it perfectly how to keep her millions of fans on social media talking about her.

Speaking during the event, Kohli was short of words after receiving the honour.

After the stand was virtually unveiled, Kohli gave a heartfelt thanks to the DDCA, his teammates and his childhood coach Rajkumar Sharma.

Kohli also spoke about his rapport with Arun Jaitley and said: "I told Arun Jaitley ji's family that the world knew him differently but I have known him just as a human being". I remember getting a ticket to watch a game in 2001 at the stadium and asking for autographs from the players. "So today to have a pavilion in my name at the same stadium is surreal and a great honour", the Indian run-machine said.

In the DDCA Annual Honours, Dhruv Shorey, Navdeep Saini, Jonty Sidhu and Tejas Baroka were the top award getters, among others.

Former India player Ajay Jadeja said that it was a truly deserved gift for Kohli. He remained DDCA chief for 13 years and he played a great role in making the likes of Virat, Pant, Dhawan, Nehra, Sehwag as great players.

India's 1983 World Cup winning captain Kapil said: "Wonderful to have a stand in name of Virat".

It was after Jaitley's unfortunate demise that DDCA President Rajat Sharma had announced the development. He was our friend, guide. The biggest help he did was to rebuilt the Kotla stadium.
