Following the massive success of the first Star Wars film, creator George Lucas and co made a decision to do a Star Wars Holiday Special to promote the franchise to younger kids and hopefully sell some more toys to them over Christmas.

In an interview with Daniels, "No I'm never going to retire". He first played C-3PO in the very first Star Wars movie, way back in 1977, and he's been in every film in the franchise ever since. But she has to make it back to her own timeline to make it back in time for the Life Day feast and learn the true meaning of holiday spirit.

Star Wars fans will also be pleased to know they can watch all of the blockbuster films, plus the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series, along with The Mandalorian - a TV serial that has swiftly become a favourite among the faithful. But there's all sorts of other media, particularly now with digital formats, that I'm so happy, and grateful and proud to be part of. They're going to have to throw me out the door...

What if I'm already a Hulu subscriber and want to add Disney+?

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away something titled "The Star Wars Holiday Special" aired. Hopefully, we will get to see him play C-3PO again at some point in the future. Here's where you can find the new Star Wars Special from LEGO.

For Star Wars fans, there are a lot of entertainment options this weekend: the LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special debuted on Disney+ earlier in the week, the VR adventure Star Wars: Tales from The Galaxy's Edge debuts today, and of course, a new episode of The Mandalorian drops on Friday.
