As Reddit user RollieDell discovered, developers renamed 42nd street in the game to "Boseman Way", which is likely a reference to the film 42, in which Boseman starred as legendary baseball player Jackie Robinson. Previously, the developers did not report this reference, so when it was made a decision to add it is unknown.

Boseman died in August 2020 at the age of 43 due to complications of colon cancer.

While a lot of people are expressing their excitement over finally getting a PlayStation 5, one bug from Spider-Man: Miles Morales is having everyone laughing. The game was released on November 12 and received positive press reviews with 85 points on Metacritic.

A statue honoring the comics legend is located next to diner, which featured a different tribute to Lee in the previous Spider-Man game.

The redditor u/RollieDell appears to have been the first person to notice the touching Easter egg on Thursday, in the form of a street named for the actor. Eagle eyed fans were quick to spot tributes to Stan Lee and Chadwick Boseman. In the credits, Insomniac Games pens a brief tribute to the deceased actor, citing the inspiration he had on so many.

Boseman is, of course, most widely known for portraying T'Challa, or Black Panther, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Miles Morales also includes a memorial. The street is actually the 42nd Street. But there is something new coming up with the Spider-Man film franchise. The officially licensed Marvel Spider Man Streetlight LED Desk Lamp stands approximately 16-inches tall and features Spider-Man dangling from a miniature street light, which doubles as a desk lamp.
