The Los Angeles Clippers are looking to add an experienced center to bolster their frontcourt rotation.

Serge Ibaka has agreed to a contract with the Los Angeles Clippers, according to a report from The Athletic's Shams Charania.

Later that year, he signed a three-year contract worth US$65-million and would eventually play a crucial role in the Raptors' championship run in 2019.Ibaka averaged 15.4 points per game and 8.2 rebounds a game with Toronto last season.

In Ibaka, the Clippers are getting a big man who can give them minutes at the 4 and 5 off the bench while offering strong defense and 3-point shooting.

Of course, the Clippers aren't the only team interested in Gasol and Ibaka - two of the most accomplished players on the market.

Both the Raptors and Brooklyn Nets had reportedly been in pursuit of Ibaka, but the 31-year-old will instead reuinte with Kawhi Leonard, with whom he won an National Basketball Association championship in 2019.

The Clippers did re-sign power forward Marcus Morris to a hefty four-year, $64 million deal.
