The weekend Call of Duty Warzone update makes one especially crucial fix, solving the infinite stim glitch introduced with the new season. The exploit was patched out before, and was since rediscovered, hopefully for the final time.

There's a "speculative fix" for fans getting stuck when accessing loadout drops. Raven Software released a patch today that addresses several of these issues and will help maintain the competitive integrity in Warzone.

It's more good news if you've been unable to access the Match Summary screens or equip max level weapon attachments, because Raven has fixed that. An "unlocks at random level" visual quirk has been fixed, so you can see the proper, fixed level everything unlocks at.

Call of Duty Warzone December 19 update patch notes... Any tokens that are earned after season 1 will be usable in both Black Ops Cold War's multiplayer and Warzone - but not Modern Warfare's multiplayer.

The new season launched alongside the brand new Rebirth Island map for Warzone Battle Royale.

"An illicit Soviet foundation raided and shut down by the Central Intelligence Agency in 1968, throughout which Operator Russell Adler caught and forcefully interrogated the base commander Vikhor "Stitch" Kuzmin", reads the Rebirth Island description.

"The facility was rebuilt and recommissioned by Stitch in 1984 with one particular objective: the creation and tests of the fatal Nova 6 fuel".

"Section jail, portion chemical bioweapons manufacturing and testing facility, the complete island has dozens of locations to discover such as laboratories, barracks, decontamination locations, and a hilltop jail block in which unspeakable functions have been perpetrated".
