"Sex and the City", the original series, ran on HBO from 1998 through 2004 and featured Parker as Carrie Bradshaw, Nixon as Miranda Hobbes and Davis as Charlotte York.

The new series is titled And Just Like That and many fans would have loved to have the entire friend group on the small screen but unfortunately, while they played fictional friends, in real life, Cattrall and Parker are far from it.

All we've seen from her via social media is a coupla shots out in nature, two of which were captioned with the word "breathe" which I believe to be her way of saying that she's gritting her teeth and ~breathing~ through the pain of seeing her former co-stars cop millions of bucks to return to the show they once helmed together.

So far, though, she hasn't received any calls from Sarah Jessica Parker and the gang. "Kim was incredibly great as Samantha, I think Sharon would totally make it her own", Nixon said of one suggestion. No matter where we are or what we do, ' she responded.

For her part, Parker confirmed this week that there won't be a new character created to replace Cattrall's Samantha. We're guessing her bank account won't be too lonely, even if she doesn't do the show.

The stars of the "Sex and the City" revival will be paid more than Dollars 1 million per episode for the HBO Max series.

The streaming network has ordered 10 half-hour episodes of And Just Like That and the series is set to begin production in New York City in late spring.
