This is how Ashwin and Vihari troll union minister Babul Supriyo

Supriyo while claiming that the batsman killed any chance India had of winning the third Test, wrote "Hanuma Bihari" instead of Vihari. What made his knock even more special was that he was suffering with a hamstring injury.

But the Andhra Pradesh all-rounder chose to reply to Supriyo's criticism in a classic way. However, Hanuma Vihari and Ravichandran Ashwin put up a courageous resistance and batted for more than three hours to pull off the famous draw.

While every cricket fan in India is basking in the glory of an epic draw that Hanuma Vihari and Ravichandran Ashwin managed to etch out in the third Test against Australia at the historic Sydney Cricket Ground on Monday, the former's scan reports have come and he has a Grade 2 tear in his right hamstring.

Vihari, who suffered a grade 2 tear in his hamstring, batted for around 3 hours and helped India save the Sydney Test from an nearly impossible situation. It was later revealed by his wife Prithi on social media. He could not stand up straight when he woke up this morning. "I am amazed at what @ashwinravi99 pulled off today", she tweeted after the win. BJP MP Babul also highlighted that Vihari took as many as 109 balls to score 7 runs. There was a bit of luck for us but I think we got through pretty well.

"When Nathan Lyon was bowling, the first 3-4 balls I faced, my back [pain] was shooting through my lower back to neck". It was really good, it was all about what the team wanted and credit to him for the way he handled himself. He scored 39 points on 128 balls. As the former had a hamstring injury, he found it hard to run and take quick singles.

Another hero of Sydney Test, Ravichandran Ashwin also posted a screenshot of the conversation and enjoyed the cracking reply by the Indian batsman. It was something that you can only dream of, batting on day five. The satisfaction will slowly sink in we'll realise how big an effort that was. "In fact, we didn't celebrate it at the end because we didn't know what to make of it - because we were so channelised on facing a particular bowler and keep dropping and keep dropping and dead-batting it", said Ashwin who overcame a tweaked back to play about one-and-a-half sessions for a draw. While Hanuma Vihari was widely praised for his heroic knock that helped India snatch a draw from the jaws of the defeat, Supriyo was not impressed with the batsman's slow approach. I felt like I was not injured and Pujju [Pujara] would have been there, we would have had a result, it would have been a fabulous win.
