E! News is confirming that Tiny served the rapper (real name Clifford J. Harris, Jr.) with divorce papers this week, which he responded to by filing his acknowledgment of the service on April 24.

T.I. got into a brawl with boxer Floyd "Money" Mayweather after it was suspected that Tiny was messing around with him.

In an interview with Wendy Williams, Tiny admitted that the show did put a strain on the marriage. She's apparently seeking primary physical custody and joint legal custody of their three underage children. Moreover, she requested T.I. hand over all financial records. She is seeking both temporary and permanent alimony as well to maintain their standard of living. She also asked for their martial debt to be covered by T.I. due to his high earning ability.

Tiny-née Tameka Cottle-previously filed for divorce on December 7, but the divorce hearing, which was scheduled to take place in March, was halted when the court realized T.I. had never been served with divorce papers.

After her filing, the case did not move forward for months, amid speculation the two would get back together. It's unknown when the couple's first appearance in court will happen, but we're guessing it will be soon. Their youngest child, daughter Heiress, was just born in March.

T.I. and Tiny's relationship wasn't without media drama outside of the show either. Thursday, RadarOnline.com reports that the stars of VH1's T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle have agreed to finalize their split. The IRS claimed a year ago that the couple owed $6,211,424.76.
