The Justin Bieber/Selena Gomez rollercoaster ride of a relationship has taken a new loop-de-loop today, with a spicy report from TMZ that the on/off lovers are now in couples therapy. They've both moved on'.

Selena isn't happy that Justin is talking to Hailey again, and they are now working through their problems in Christian couples therapy. The old Justin would have made this all about him and turned it into a confrontation.

TMZ also reckons this whole couples therapy jaunt is the reason behind the hospitalisation of Selena's mum.

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Selena, Hailey and Justin for comment. However, not everyone is happy with their reunion as it has been reported that Gomez's family, especially her mother Mandy Teefey, disapproves of her daughter getting back with Bieber.

In a report published by TMZ, it was revealed that Gomez's mother was taken to a hospital after the two had a big fight regarding her relationship with Bieber last week. Or should Selena's family be anxious that he will break her heart again?

The rumours of Justin and Hailey's romance first started when she had joined him on a family vacation to St. Barts in December 2015 - the same vacation, where the loved-up Instagram photos came from.

It was reported Selena's family will 'never forgive him or accept [Justin]' for their complicated split in 2014.

However, by April 2016 she seemed less enthused about the relationship as she told Marie Claire: 'I don't want attention out of dating somebody.

A source told US Weekly: 'People around Selena are anxious about her coupling with Justin and how much stress it could be on her. It's hard to date somebody in this industry.

As members of the same church, the pair are often seen together at the service.

Justin, however, is aware of how Selena's mother and her family feel about their rekindled romance, but sources close to him revealed that he's determined to prove himself to them.
