Rolling Loud music festival is going down in New York City this weekend, but not all acts on the original lineup will make it to Citi Field. The acts named in the letter include 22GZ, Casanova 2X, Don Q, Pop Smoke, and Sheff G. Take a look above. "The New York Police Department believes if these individuals are allowed to perform, there will be a higher risk of violence".

Though the letter frames it as a "request", festival founder and co-owner Tariq Cherif confides that it's the price they have to pay to remain in NYC another year.

Casanova, real name Caswell Senior, wrote on Instagram after his performance was canceled, "I JUST WANNA LIVE". The Brooklyn born rapper will no longer be performing at Rolling Loud NYC on Sunday in what he says is a result of his 2007 conviction. "It's unfair and unfortunate that my past, which I've dealt with legally and personally, continues to stigmatize me and my career as a recording artist".
