This information lands after it was reported that there was a heightened demand for the iPhone 11 which could be a game-changer in terms of revenue for Apple Inc.

The rumors have it for next year iPhone with many predictions pointing to at least two 5G models of the device, we could be privy to at least four new iPhone models next year.

IPhone XR boxes with an "Assembled in India" tag were seen on Monday in numerous country's electronic product retailers, including Croma, with a price tag of 49,900 Indian rupees ($704) for the 64 GB version. The factory is said to be producing iPhone XR handsets, with iPhone 11 also to be added to the mix in the same facility, located near Chennai.

The units allegedly aren't for export, but will be sold in-country. The Journal's report cites phone retailers in India and others familiar with Apple's plans. The company has surprisingly lowered the entry price by $50 for the iPhone 11 range, which we now think the company doesn't regret doing. However, the bumper quarter is always the holiday quarter - October, November, and December.

Last year, when the iPhone XR was first launched, it was priced exorbitantly in India which led to poor sales. All the models will reportedly have 5G support, a rear 3D-sensing system and what the report describes as "motion control", although it's not immediately clear if it suggests something similar to Google's Soli-powered "Motion Sense" gesture control feature in the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4XL. The follow-up device of the iPhone SE will be called the iPhone SE 2 but Apple is yet to confirm the name officially. According to Ives, subscribers of the new streaming service could cross the 100 million mark in as short as five years.
