Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has hinted that Ghanaian youngster Edward Nketiah will be loaned out again in the ongoing winter transfer window. Their defence has been woefully inconsistent this year, with the summer addition of David Luiz not having the desired effect on the squad, so now they need to find someone else. The Gunners have already conceded 31 goals in the Premier League this season.

Before taking on the Arsenal Job, Arteta was the head coach at Manchester City.

Mikel Arteta to reunite with John Stones? He is now looking to bring in John Stones from their fold into his own according to The Sun.

The England global has struggled for game time this season owing to his injury and subsequent loss of form. With the Euro 2020's approaching and England manager, Gareth Southgate wanting his men to play every week, the move is not completely out of the realm of possibility.

Stones has hardly featured for the Cityzens in the Premier League in recent months and his start against Aston Villa last weekend was his first league appearance in more than four weeks.

The England global has tumbled down the pecking order over at the Etihad Stadium this season, with Fernandinho - a central midfielder - ahead of him at centre-back.

Guardiola is understood to want to add some more depth at the back, so there is nearly no chance that he would want to part ways with Stones, even if he is not a regular in his starting lineup.
