One fan asked why Voorhies wasn't included since she was part of the original cast, and another added that if Lisa Turtle wasn't part of the new series it wasn't worth watching.

As previously reported, original cast members Mario Lopez and Elizabeth Berkley are set to star in the single-camera SBTB revival, which hails from Tracey Wigfield (30 Rock, The Mindy Project).

One of the glaring omissions to the show is Lark Voohries aka Lisa Turtle aka Screech's Stalking Victim, who claims to feel "slighted and hurt" by being snubbed from a show that Mark-Paul Gosselaar, her real life boyfriend during the duration of the show, has a producer credit on.

She has also been left out of the Saved by the Bell revival, which many of her former co-stars are returning for. Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Mario Lopez and Elizabeth Berkley are all set to reprise their roles, and Josie Totah will bring in a new character to the series.

Voorhies, who struggles with mental health, finishes reading her journal entry by saying, "With that in mind, I am truly thankful for having had the chance to work on a show that has been so successful". "(But) family isn't kept complete without its lead". When he suggests sending the affected students to the highest-performing schools in the state, including Bayside High, the influx of new students "gives the overprivileged Bayside kids a much-needed and hilarious dose of reality".

Voorhies made the confession during her sitdown on the "Dr. Oz" show to discuss her lifelong battle with mental illness.

"I want thank everybody who has been so supportive throughout my journey these last several years".

I think her response is super classy. Thank you for sharing your stories to me over the years of how strong you all have been too!

Nothing has been revealed about the episode airing Wednesday other than addressing mental health and not being inviting to the revival. "I look forward to a brighter future and seeing the great things that can be accomplished!"

Although the show wrapped up in 1993, many castmates have remained friendly.

After Saved by the Bell, Voorhies acted on television series like Days of Our Lives, various Saved by the Bell TV movies and spinoffs, The Bold and the attractive, and UPN's Grown Ups sitcom.
