He was then diagnosed with leukemia for a second time in October 2018 as a member of the WWE after the cancer returned, forcing the three-time World Heavyweight Champion to seek treatment once again and take leave.

As noted earlier, there are many people in the company who are unhappy about Vince McMahon's plans to move forward with WrestleMania 36 at the WWE Performance Center and it looks like at least one wrestler has pulled out of the show.

Not even the squared circle can defeat COVID-19, as the pandemic has left a main event title match at WrestleMania 36 down a challenger with Roman Reigns backing out of his Universal Championship match against Goldberg. Obviously, anyone with underlying health issues or anyone at an advanced age has a higher risk of serious complications if they are exposed to the virus.

Reigns missed almost five months of action from October 2018 to March 2019 due to his most recent battle with leukemia, which forced him to vacate the WWE Universal championship.

Goldberg will instead defend his title against an alternate opponent, although there is no word at this time about who that may be.

WWE has taken drastic measures to protect the wrestlers at Wrestlemania - which will take place April 4 and 5 at the WWE Performance Center in Florida without fans in the building.
