The upcoming launch of the Sony BRAVIA X90H and Z8H televisions will be enhanced by the fact that they are "Ready for PlayStation 5".

So what does that mean exactly?

To take full-advantage of the features offered by the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X, there's a good chance you need a new TV.

With very low Game Mode response time (7.2 ms on the X90H), the 55-inch TVs feature Bravia Game Mode. The first two models included in the "Ready for PS5" program is the Sony X900H/XH90 4K HDR and the Z8H/ZH8 8K HDR Full Array LED TV that was announced at CES this year.

The X900H 4K TV can display 4K games (duh) at up to 120FPS. In addition, players can wake both TV and PS5 with the DualSense wireless controller at once, while also seamlessly control their PS5 using just the TV remote. Sony said that these TVs will come with ultra-low latency Game Modes that deliver 4K visuals at 120fps.

There is only one downside to getting the ultimate experience as these TVs aren't exactly cheap.

That's obviously on top of paying for the PS5 which is expected to be more expensive than its current PS4.

Although no release date or official pricing for the United States has been revealed yet, the Z8H does have a product listing and price present on Sony's website for Malaysia.
