Back in February, there were rumors that Sasha Banks had a role in the season, but nothing official was confirmed at the time.

The Mandalorian season two is set to premiere on Disney+ on October 30th, and the series sees showrunner Jon Favreau serve as executive producer along with Dave Filoni, Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson, with Karen Gilchrist serving as co-executive producer. There's no sign of new cast members - played by Rosario Dawson, Katee Sackhoff, Temeura Morrison, and Timothy Olyphant - in The Mandalorian season 2 trailer.

"The songs of eons past tell of battles between Mandalore the Great and an order of sorcerers called Jedi", the Armorer tells the Mandalorian. Keresh's colleagues - seemingly - corner the Mando, who reveals a new blue-light indicator on his arm that instructs Baby Yoda to shut his shell and secure himself.

Disney has released the first trailer for the second season of The Mandalorian, and it actually provides a lot of plot detail via voice over of a conversation behind main character Mando and someone directing him as to what he should do with The Child (aka Baby Yoda). He has also directed The Mandalorian season 2 episode 1.
